Delivery Times by Region
For orders within the Netherlands, we aim to deliver within 1–2 business days, depending on the selected carrier. Deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, except for PostNL letterbox deliveries, which are Tuesday through Saturday.
For shipments to other European countries, delivery times vary by carrier. The estimated delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
For international shipments outside of Europe, we ship from the United States. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Most orders within the US are delivered within 2 to 7 business days, while orders shipped outside the US may take 7 to 30 business days, due to customs and local processing.

We gladly accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you’ll need to arrange the shipment yourself. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund for the product value, excluding any original shipping fees.
